My name is Andrea Finlay and I am a board-certified Registered Nurse, Certified Healthcare Quality Professional and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I’ve always been passionate about healthcare and overall career optimization.
I began my career in business administration but saw the need to do something more meaningful—something that could have a positive impact on others. This led me to obtain my master’s in healthcare administration and pivot into the healthcare industry. After working for several years as a healthcare quality consultant in the hospital space, I witnessed firsthand, the gap between clinicians and hospital administration. To deepen my expertise and bridge the gap between healthcare quality and clinical care, I returned to school to become a Board-Certified Registered Nurse. Throughout my journey, I’ve gained extensive knowledge and experience across clinical care, healthcare quality, technology, project management, and mentorship. This has shaped me into a well-rounded professional, uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between hospital administration and clinical care.
